What do developers look for when they are looking at city centers?

Come to the Urban Retail Forum and hear from some experts in the field about these questions and more on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Tap & Six at 23 Oak Street in Roswell. The program starts at 7 pm, but come early at 6 pm for networking and to grab a beer and a bite.

We will hear from Cheri Morris of Morris & Fellows who owns and develops mixed-use communities and works with the City of Alpharetta and the City of Woodstock to develop their downtown areas. We will also hear from Kristen Morris who is the Vice President at Jamestown Realty and has worked on projects such as Ponce City Market and Newberry Street in Boston.
