Leadership can be rewarding, but it can also come with stress, overload, and the risk of burnout. At our October Town Builders Breakfast, Michael & Kristen Kanner of Anchored Mind will lead a timely conversation on Leading Without Burning Out.
Michael and Kristen will share practical tips and tools for recognizing the signs of stress, overload, and burnout, along with strategies for protecting your well-being while continuing to lead, serve, and show up for the people who depend on you.
And because RoswellNEXT is about more than business, we’ll also have an opportunity to get to know the Kanners and their connection to our community. They’ll share the story of Anchored Mind, including when and why they started the business, where the name came from, what brought them to Roswell, and the story behind their new space.
Breakfast is included.
Admission is FREE for current RoswellNEXT members. Guests are $10.
